After over 700 people completed the original Flex Frenzy Challenge back in 2023, we were amazed by the positive feedback and requests for MORE! So here it is, the revamped Flex Frenzy 2.0 Challenge. Suitable for all levels, this progressive flexibility challenge will have you smashing your bendy body goals in just 4 weeks!
Running the 19th of May through the 15th of June, this challenge will take you through 5 classes per week for 4 weeks, focusing on front splits, middle splits, back bends & upper body, flexy dance & extensions, and yoga & recovery.

The Competition
Decide on your goals, and take photos of the stretches you are aiming to improve in. Email your starting photos to info@poledivas.com.au with the subject line "FLEX FRENZY CHALLENGE PHOTOS" by 23-May-2025.
Throughout the challenge you must:
-Engage with the Facebook community and the Community Chat within the Divas On Demand platform
-Tag @poledivasondemand in a minimum of 1 story each week on Instagram
BONUS ENTRIES: every grid post that collaborates with @poledivasondemand on Instagram will count as an extra entry towards the Grand Prize drawing.
