Mischka started pole dancing in 2011 and began instructing with Pole Divas in 2012. Since then, she has grown as an instructor, coach, and performer, winning Miss Pole Dance Australia 2020, Exotic Generation Flow category 2022, Australian Pole Champion 2023, Miss Pole Dance Australia 2023, Pole Icon 2024, and Exotic Generation Flow category 2024.

Gracie has an extensive dance background, and has even been a featured dancer in music videos & documentaries! She fell in love with pole as a Pole Divas student, and as a teacher she aims to help her students let go and feel sexy, feminine and powerful! 2x international pole champion, 4x national pole champion and 4x state pole champion, Gracie has made a name for herself in the competitive pole world, and is known for her stand out performances and eye-catching choreography.

With extensive sports background including dance, gymnastics, yoga, and Taekwondo, Caroline began pole dancing over a decade ago and has been an instructor at Pole Divas since 2016. She has performed for audiences around Australia and is known for her awesome flexibility, strength and creative choreography.
Recently being diagnosed with MS, (Multiple Sclerosis) Caroline is more determined and motivated about health and fitness than ever.

From the moment Jessica walked into her first pole moves class she knew she wanted to be a part of this amazing and supportive community. She wants to share the joy of pole with her students and help them fall in love with themselves, make amazing new friends and achieve things they never thought possible through this incredible form of fitness and dance.

Alicia started artistic gymnastics at age 3, competing at state & national levels, until she was 13. She then took up dance, focusing on jazz, hip hop, & break dance, until she suffered a back injury at 19 and was told she'd never dance again. But, just 2 years later, she decided to start pole and it changed her life! After a few years, she began teaching at Pole & Aerial Divas Caroline Springs, fulfilling her dream of becoming a dance instructor. Her advice: “Never give up on your dreams. Set backs are only hiccups in this long journey we call life.”

Emma has been dancing since she was 3, in a vast range of dance styles including; ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, & aerobics. Emma joined Pole Divas Mornington in 2011 and quickly became addicted. Emma thinks pole dancing is a great way to stay fit and meet like-minded girls, and it gives you a chance to have a boogie and exercise all at the same time! Emma wants to share the fun and feeling of accomplishment while mastering new tricks and routines with others.
